Participation in a group can provide an opportunity to share your concerns with others. The South Shore Ladies of Charity is in need of yarn, any color or amount. They can arrange for this to be picked up at your convenience. With the yarn, they make children's hats, afghans, baby blankets, lap robes, and prayer shawls. Their products are donated to cancer patients, the elderly, AIDS patients, shut-ins, and infants. Also, if you know of anyone who may benefit as a recipient of their work, please inform them. Any talented hands wishing to join the Ladies in their work are also welcome.
